Cancellation Policy
Membership Terms: -One membership per dwelling; discounts apply for additional units on the same property. Services: -Seasonal inspections (spring, summer, fall, winter). -Maintenance tasks specific to your plan, for primary equipment only. Pricing: -Rates are subject to change, with prior notice to members. -Additional charges apply for services outside the plan scope. Flexibility: -Upgrades: Upgrade plans anytime; changes take effect with the next billing cycle. -Downgrades: Requires 7 days’ written notice. Cancellation and Appointments: -Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before billing. -Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may be forfeited without a refund. Limitations: -Services cover only tasks in the agreement and exclude exterior maintenance beyond 10,000 sq. ft. No Warranties: -Squad Life doesn’t warrant vendor work, home safety, or system performance after service. While thorough and reliable, our inspections don’t guarantee flawless operation. -Occasionally, proper maintenance services can uncover an issue with equipment or material, resulting in the need for additional servicing. Our Commitment: -We provide top-tier preventative care, connect you with vetted vendors, and prioritize transparent communication. Refunds: -Refunds are not provided under this policy.
